Data Transfer

The management and storage of personal data takes place, within the European Union, on servers located in Italy of Veramente S.r.l. and/or third party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors.

How long we keep your data

• Data used to conduct market research and satisfaction surveys: until the User requests termination.

In any case, for technical reasons, the termination of the processing and the consequent definitive deletion or irreversible anonymization of the relevant personal data will be final within thirty days of the above deadlines.

Your rights

In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights under Art. 7 Privacy Code and Art. 15 GDPR, namely the rights to:

• Access and modify your data: you have the right to access your personal data and to request that it be corrected, modified, or supplemented with other information;
• Revoking your consent: you can revoke at any time a consent you have given for the processing of your personal data in connection with any activity with marketing purposes;
• Deletion of your data: in the cases provided for by current regulations you can request the deletion of your personal data. Upon receiving and screening your request, if legitimate, we will promptly cease processing and delete your personal data.
